About Olivia Teter
At Second Harvest, Olivia is currently the Head of Client Innovation and formerly led the Moonshot Project to re-imagine food banking. Working with community members experiencing food insecurity, she co-created the Food Sharing Lab and the first Second Harvest Free Community Market, focused on using food to increase community resilience. As a three time founder, including the Green Chamber of Commerce and Vetrazzo, a social enterprise, Olivia is an effective servant leader, empowering diverse teams to envision, develop and successfully implement strategic initiatives in service to the greater good. Olivia has always been a wisdom-seeker and recently completed the Inner MBA program. She conducts workshops on wise and compassionate customer service, trauma-sensitive services, and mindfulness.
