About Olivia Story

My experience in the US Navy has given me an invaluable lesson in humility, a higher standard of professionalism, and a dedication to others. My work experience has been a great life lesson and I am thankful for each one of them. While working with the public in a variety of positions, I developed an understanding of quality customer service. I truly enjoy helping a customer with an ideal solution. I have the ability to fully listen to their concerns and needs, anticipate their needs and go beyond their expectations when offering solutions, information, or advice. My experience as a land use planner at a local level has given me the confidence and experience when dealing with local jurisdictions; I understand the local and state requirements in land use and development. I am able to effectively communicate with every level of the government, ensuring that all transactions and projects are on track for their deadlines while maintaining a high standard of ethics quality.
