   Manages sponsor/exhibitor fulfillment after contract signing. • Oversees all assets for EMEA/NAR webinars, in-person, and virtual stand-alone events; including but not limited to ISC2 Security Congress, NAR Summit, and thought-leadership activities. • Facilitates management and reporting of reservations, revenue, and sponsorship implementation costs. Coordinates with Ops team to ensure cost of package achieves appropriate margins. • Designs event sponsorship inventory & deliverable sales sheets to support revenue targets. Proactively identifies additional value opportunities for sponsor ROI growth. • Manages meetings with sponsors/exhibitors to ensure timely delivery of assets and placate concerns. Builds positive client relationships to maintain top-level service. • Creates exhibit hall floor plans for on-site events and manages virtual expo hall set-up (training, design, and deliverables). Manages post-event reporting process (coordination of pre and post-event attendee lists, and other ad hoc’s as needed). • Maintains sponsorship historical record for team regarding any and all activities (logo curation, vendor event purchases, leads/session attendance, etc.). • Manages documentation and submission of all marketing collateral for ISC2 webinar program (Lytho). • Maintains event software knowledge through projects involving BrightTALK, Cvent, ExpoGenie & Digitell. • DEI Committee - assists with commitment to valuing diversity and contributes to an inclusive working environment.
