I’ve worked across marketing, trust & safety, and policy and I’m not new to any of it. I’ve spent over a decade in marketing and the last five years knee-deep in policy and enforcement work that actually affects how platforms function and how people stay protected online.What keeps me in it? It’s the challenge. The gray areas. The work that doesn’t come with easy answers. I’m at my best when things are messy and high-stakes. When you need someone who can bring structure, clarity, and common sense to complicated problems. I’ve written policies from the ground up, built training for reviewers, handled escalations, partnered with legal and product, and made calls that had real consequences. Not because it was easy, but because it mattered.Before policy, I worked in marketing and that part of me still informs everything I do. I understand how people think, how platforms operate, and how to balance business needs with user trust. I don’t just enforce rules. I help shape what those rules should be in the first place and how to build systems around them that actually work.I’ve led. I’ve trained. I’ve red-teamed. I’ve owned full portfolios and solved problems people didn’t even know how to name yet.    Sole author and architect of the Global Retail Partner Program’s first unified policy framework for a $2.6B global ecosystem, replacing fragmented legacy standards with scalable external policy governing Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons.Designed and owned the complete internal enforcement ecosystem, including risk-scored enforcement matrices, escalation paths, enforcement thresholds, and scenario guidance used to support consistent human and AI-assisted decision making.Designed an AI-assisted enforcement triage concept that analyzes reports, maps potential policy violations, and recommends enforcement severity using a policy-backed risk matrix, with guardrails to ensure human review for higher-risk cases.Served as the central policy authority, leading cross-functional alignment across Trust & Safety, Legal, Magic Commercial, D&D Commercial, Player Experience, and Global Ops to establish shared interpretation of policy intent, risk tolerance, and enforcement boundaries.Independently identified and investigated systemic retailer risks, including misrepresentation and fraud-adjacent behavior, translating findings into policy updates, operational controls, and a $1M internal systems overhaul currently underway.Designed automated policy navigation and intake tooling to route users to relevant policy guidance, reduce misrouted reports, and improve early self-service resolution.Established Trust & Safety reporting practices from scratch, enabling trend detection, risk forecasting, and data-informed policy evolution where no prior reporting infrastructure existed.Built and delivered scalable communication and education systems, improving retailer comprehension and trust, increasing adoption of new standards, and reducing recurring violations across a global partner network.
