Maintaining hemodynamic parameters with careful monitoring, with chemical intervention and/or non-invasive nursing care. Administration of medications, with knowledge base to ensure safe indications for patient, precise charting of daily assessments, care plans, and direct patient care, and providing care as per ordered by provider care team, to include chest tube and central line removal, and more. Collaborating with multiple provider teams, including primary doctors, respiratory technicians, dieticians, physical and occupational therapists, and more to enhance hospital admission to a progressively improving status. Providing education to the patient and family or caregiver members of current status, ongoing changes, future expectations, and assisting with discharge or transfer to step-down units and being the liaison between the care team and the patient/patient\'s family. Providing emotional, spiritual support to friends and family during highly stressful moments, or with loss of loved ones, and always advocating in the best interest of the patient. Working side by side with all levels of care in the ICU, strong teamwork and hardworking ethic and highly motivated in furthering education and advancement in career of self and team.
