ABOUT OLIVIA PINILIS
I am a dedicated and passionate recent graduate who is interested in bettering the world through a creative lens. As a recent graduate from Franklin and Marshall with a bachelor’s degree in government and American studies, I have studied a great deal of policy and how it influences peoples’ actions. This has led me to want to pursue a career in human resources. With my skills in leadership, communication, and problem solving, I plan to assist companies in creating the best possible workplace for their employees. My most recent experience gave me the opportunity to work as a Promise Corps College and Career Advisor. In this role, I communicate with students and outside partners, organize events for over 50 students, and demonstrate precision in data entry. This has allowed me to further my leadership and communication skills. I am currently searching for an opportunity where I can leverage and continue to grow my skills. I am incredibly fortunate to have gotten some excellent work opportunities over the years and am looking for the next step in my career.
