About Olivia Henderson
As a rising 2L at the University of Georgia School of Law and a summa cum laude Clemson University and Clemson Honors College graduate, I am excited to gain more knowledge and experience in the field of law. While at Clemson, I earned two Bachelor’s Degrees - a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology, and a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Legal Studies. During my 1L year, I excelled in legal research and writing and gained a strong foundation of legal doctrine. During my 1L summer, I split 12 weeks between two large firms in South Carolina where I’ve gained experience in many practice areas, including Complex Commercial Litigation, Labor & Employment, Healthcare, Government Regulations, International Transactions, and Real Estate. I am excited to get more involved this upcoming semester at UGA Law where I will be participating in the Criminal Defense Practicum, the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, and Equal Justice Foundation. I am eager to continue learning about legal advocacy and gain more hands-on experience!
