As a Technical Recruiter at Morson Talent, I am dedicated to sourcing and securing top-tier talent for the nuclear sector across Canada and the USA. My role is centered around identifying, engaging, and placing highly skilled professionals within the nuclear industry, ensuring that our clients have access to the best expertise available. I leverage my extensive background in human resources, employee training, and talent development to screen, interview, and support candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.Since joining Morson Talent in March 2023, I have focused exclusively on the nuclear division, where I apply my deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges. My approach is proactive and collaborative, ensuring that both candidates and clients receive tailored support and guidance. My passion lies in not only matching the right talent with the right roles but also in fostering long-term relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the nuclear sector.Before my tenure at Morson Talent, I built a strong foundation in learning and development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. At Bank of Ireland, I served as a Talent Coordinator, collaborating with consultancy firms and HR Business Partners to design and implement high-impact development programs. My experience at Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a GxP Training Support and Training Coordinator further honed my skills in training content management and the integration of learning management systems, preparing me for the dynamic challenges of the recruitment field.I hold a Master of Arts and a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland.
