Responsible for running a team of up to 14 volunteers. Delegating work, making sure that volunteers are well equipped to carry out their duties and making sure they have ample access to opportunities- Organising virtual and in-person events- Held an exhibition stand at the North East Conservative Conference, organised a pub quiz attended by 3 MPs, and over 40 delegates- Providing comments to media outlets in response to political events. Liaising with the journalists and providing a variety of media outlets with Blue Beyond members for interviews- Development of long term strategy for Blue Beyond including developing a fundraising strategy- Liaising with MPs, other think tanks, the Conservative Party and a variety of stakeholders for various events and projects- Responding to and dealing with complaints- During lockdown to connect with members hosted monthly Town Hall, that is attended by up to 20 members and a guest speaker, providing members with an opportunity to see the work that is carried out and provide their input- Writing monthly emails for members, including polling, opportunities and vacancies for members- Organising and executing social media campaigns to retain and recruit members, such as International Women\'s Day and Local Elections- Writing packs for members such as Conservative Party Conference and University Fresher\'s. Providing advice, guidance, tips and tricks to help members. Organising different events for members, speaking on panels and conducting engagement meetings with MPs and other political stakeholders
