Public Speaking expert, social psychology researcher, experienced leader, War Veteran and Strategic Leadership Consultant. Olivia Jaramillo has more than 25 years’ experience working with non-profit, government and for-profit organizations. Currently as a Common Ground Initiatives Specialist and Public Outreach Director for Equality Utah’s Business Equality Leader Program, Developing training curriculum and certifying over 40 local and global businesses, corporations and organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Qualtrics, Dominion Energy, 3M, Utah Jazz, and Bamboo HR on diversity and inclusion, LGBTQIA+ and national culture, discrimination towards people of color, immigrants and diverse ethnicities, legislation, and ally awareness for senior C-Suite level managers as well as all company personnel. She has been a guest lecturer at the University of Utah, Weber State University and southern Utah University on the professional evolvement and understanding of the minority communities in the workplace, and is conducting research on the differentials between DEI and Common Ground initiatives. Innovative and adaptive with leadership and management experience. Extremely proud of the 20 years of Active Duty Air Force experience in leading and managing, preventing communicable diseases across the globe.
