As the Global People Lead at Oviva, I partner closely with our leadership teams across commercial, marketing, clinical delivery, and operations to bring impactful people-focused strategies to life. My role supports our diverse workforce of over 600 employees spanning the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, and Poland, ensuring they thrive as we continue to grow.I\'m passionate about aligning our People practices with Oviva\'s business goals, fostering an environment where employees can develop their careers and contribute to our success.My responsibilities include- Collaborating with senior leadership to shape and deliver People strategies that drive business growth across all four countries- Design and implement global team structures through thoughtful organisational design, ensuring we\'re well-positioned for expansion in each region- Overseeing People initiatives in the UK, Germany, and Switzerland, aligning them with local business objectives and global strategy- Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement across all departments and locations- Developing and delivering upskilling programmes for leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development- Lead change initiatives to ensure all employees feel engaged and supported during organisational transitions- Implementing effective communication strategies to maintain transparency and build trust across our international teams- Drive the execution of People projects that support our strategic goals in each country- Ensure consistency in our People practices while respecting local nuances in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and PolandBy focusing on these key areas, I work to create a unified yet locally relevant People strategy that supports Oviva\'s mission and empowers our employees across all four countries to contribute to our organisational success and continued growth.
