ABOUT OLIVIA MARSHALL
I am a Manager in EY’s Climate Change & Sustainability Services team, focusing on social sustainability advisory, with 7+ years of experience. My work spans across a range of topics including social impact and community engagement, inclusive culture, human rights and responsible AI - having worked across both public and private sectors.I have experience in sustainability strategy development and implementation; double materiality assessments with alignment to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD); and maturity assessments of sustainability policies and practices. I am a lead assessor for the UK government-backed National Equality Standard, Global Equality Standard and Supplier Equality Standard - assessing organisations and their value chain in terms of social sustainability maturity - having worked with over 25 clients through the Standards.I hold a Master\'s degree in International Management and a BA (Hons) in Geography with French from the University of Exeter. I also attended Université Paris Diderot as an Erasmus student. I am native English, fluent in French, and beginner in Spanish.
