Effective alumni relations are critical for a world-class business school, for AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB accreditation, its external profile, reputation and ultimately international ranking. As the Alumni Relations Manager at Leeds University Business School, I\'m responsible for improving the ongoing links with its alumni. I work with the Marketing, Corporate and International Relations and Central Alumni teams to develop, implement and manage an effective alumni relations strategy, focusing on developing relationships and networks, engaging and supporting alumni, alumni communications, and developing and managing an events programme. My role involves- All alumni communications, including alumni magazine, e-newsletters and social media- Managing the Business School alumni website content- Development and management of alumni events both in the UK and Overseas, including the Business School alumni showcase lecture, breakfast seminars, international receptions, networking and development of overseas chapters- Development of the Business School alumni strategy
