ABOUT OLIVIA BLAKE

At my core, I am a systems thinker.I love working with complex configurations of people, processes, and tools to deliver outcomes that drive lasting impact. Over the span of my career, I have worked with many organizations with a wide range of resources and programmatic goals. Some of my proudest accomplishments are-Founding a worker-owned wellness co-operative based in Nashville, TN. Within our first year, we defined and operationalized our unique business model to onboard a growing team of over ten practitioners into our proprietary Electronic Health Records (EHR) system-Establishing and staffing a cross-functional technology department within an established organization. I increased visibility on metrics of success to assist the Programs and Development team deliver on their stated strategic goals-Designing and launching new systems frameworks for organizations ranging in size from $50k to over $5 million in annual revenue to understand the impact of their work and drive their strategic vision using data-Serving as a founding board member of Inclusion Tennessee as it established itself as a lynchpin organization serving the LGBTQ+ community and fighting for its rights in middle Tennessee and across the state-Automating & analyzing donor segmentation for a number of organizations to increase capacity for relationship-building, cultivation, and stewardship activities-Collaborating with teams to adopt new processes and manage the complicated reality of making change within and beyond their organizations.
