About Olivia Bridges

I am a dedicated and results-driven educator with over eight years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and implementation across diverse educational settings. My background includes serving as an MTSS chair, grade-level lead, and intervention specialist, where I led professional learning communities, mentored teachers, and used data to improve instructional outcomes and close learning gaps. In addition to my work in schools, I founded and lead a nonprofit, Youth of Promise, which supports underserved communities by mentoring youth and collaborating with university student teachers to elevate instructional practice and community engagement. I recently earned a graduate certificate in Educational Leadership Tier 1 from the University of West Georgia and am currently completing a Ph.D. in Education, with a focus on early childhood development and school readiness. My goal is to continue expanding my impact in educational leadership, instructional design, and curriculum innovation—whether in K–12, higher education, or corporate learning environments.
