ABOUT OLIVIA WILLIS

I’m a CIMA-qualified professional with over 5 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus over the past two years on workforce transformation, change management, and AI adoption.Currently part of KPMG’s Financial Services, People Consulting team, I have strong experience in key areas of change including communication strategy, change and adoption for AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot), and organisational readiness. I’m passionate about unlocking workforce potential through thoughtful change, employee-centric design, and emerging technologies that drive real productivity gains.Within these 5 years, I completed KPMG’s three-year Consulting Graduate Programme, gaining exposure to a variety of industries and finance transformation projects. I also spent 15 months on secondment in KPMG UK’s ESG Centre of Excellence, where I deepened my understanding of sustainable business strategy — a key influence on how I view long-term, human-focused transformation.I\'m now focused on shaping the future of work: helping people and organisations embrace change, adopt AI confidently, and build resilient, future-ready teams.
