ABOUT OLIVIA SERDECZNY
I provide scientific policy support to Least Developed Countries on Loss and Damage, and am a PhD-candidate on Loss and Damage at the Humboldt University Berlin, Germany. My work is located at the science-policy interface, where I have collected strong expertise in communicating science to a wider audience. Prior to joining Climate Analytics, I worked at the director´s office at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK), coordinating reports on 4°C climate impacts for the World Bank. In 2016 and 2017 I also worked as a consultant to the German Development Institute/Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitk (DIE) with a specific focus on non-economic losses. I am a contributing author to the IPCC´s Sixth Assessment Report (WG2, chapter 16)
