Create and conduct all leadership programs and initiatives for the Indiana University Panhellenic community-Oversee 4,500+ women in the community and aid in getting involved with leadership, looking ahead for new opportunities, and connecting with alumni of the community-Facilitate applications and interviews for the Executive Board, PHA Directors, and Junior PHA-Plan all programming for Panhellenic Love Week-Sit on a search committee for openings in the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life as a student leader representative-Oversee programs such as the Junior Panhellenic Association and Sister Sororities-Connect with IU Panhellenic alumni in order to provide contacts and connections for the community
