I am a data scientist and computational biologist interested in leveraging machine learning and systems-based analyses of biological networks to better understand human health and disease. I received my PhD from University of Virginia program in Biomedical Sciences (BIMS) Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics department, where I did my doctoral work in the Farber lab focused on dissecting the genetic basis of complex bone phenotypes using systems genetics.
