About Olivia Robinson
I believe the circumstances children are born into should not predict the opportunities they will have in life. Because of this belief, I have committed myself to service and advocacy in an effort to expand opportunity for all through education. As a servant leader, I have dedicated my life’s work to ensuring that access become a reality for everyone.This commitment stems from my experiences as a woman of color from the rural south and as an educator in Charlotte, NC through Teach For America. Today, I work to engage undergraduate students in North Carolina so that they can learn about ways to expand educational excellence and ultimately feel compelled to commit to receiving direct classroom experience in an underserved community before continuing as life-long advocates for access to opportunity for all.
