As the first point of contact in a busy multidisciplinary clinic, I manage front desk operations with a focus on creating a welcoming experience for all patients. I schedule and adjust appointments across over 30 practitioners, handle direct billing for various insurance providers, and ensure accurate patient records are maintained. I also work on motor vehicle accident and WCB claims to ensure lawyer notes, patient treatment and invoicing is processed correctly. This role continues to strengthen my multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

I’m a U of C student majoring in Communications and Media Studies. I’m passionate about storytelling and media strategy. With my strong background in customer service and administrative roles, I’ve developed solid office skills—such as scheduling, data entry, and managing communications across teams. I enjoy writing, and have experience creating engaging content for both digital and print platforms. Outside of academics and work, I love spending time outdoors and staying active. I also love painting and creating visual art through a variety of different mediums. I’m always looking for new opportunities to grow and bring creativity into everything I do!
