With over 25 years of experience in public health, academia, and nonprofits, I am a Diné woman who leads with authenticity, courage, and compassion. As the Chief Operations Officer and Portfolio Lead at Roanhorse Consulting, LLC, I oversee the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial sustainability of our Indigenous-led consulting firm that provides health and wealth solutions for Native communities across the nation.My core competencies include workshop facilitation, community development, policy analysis, and health equity and social justice. I leverage these skills to work with/beside and in true partnership with Native communities who center their lived experiences, culture, and language in their efforts to improve their health and well-being. I am also committed to challenging and transforming the systemic barriers and biases that exist in western-based institutions and ways of learning, and to creating spaces and opportunities for Indigenous voices and perspectives to be heard and valued.
