I’m a CIMA-qualified accountant and experienced finance professional with over 20 years’ experience working across small and large organisations, particularly in fast-paced, regulated environments. My background is in financial control, process improvement, and helping teams work more effectively — simplifying what’s complex and making things run better.Alongside my finance career, I work as a coach. I help people think more clearly, take responsibility without self-criticism, and move forward without turning everything into a battle with themselves. I’m particularly good at working with people who want to do things well — and are tired of feeling anxious, stuck, or overly self-judging in the process.My coaching style is practical, thoughtful, and human. I’m not here to give answers or deliver motivational speeches.
