ABOUT OLIVIA PATE
Many of those who know me will attest to how I have always been a people person, someone who can connect with those they meet, and couldn’t go far without always running into someone I knew. I have always wanted to help people and found my way into the field of Human Resources, which is all about people! I have had many different opportunities in various industries in different roles, and I must say choosing to specialize recruitment is where I know I excel. I really do love connecting with people, and building relationships, which is what I believe is at the heart of recruitment. I am able to identify talent and place candidates in opportunities that align with what they are truly looking for, this allows for high level of retention and also being able to meet recruitment targets. My experience is quite interesting as I do have a generalist background which I am forever grateful for as I am able to understand many different operations of Human Resources department which I believe is an asset as knowledge is power!
