About Olivia Nolt

Environmental Specialist with a Chemical Engineering background supporting natural gas operations through environmental compliance, incident investigation, and risk reduction. I currently work at Williams, where I apply engineering fundamentals to operational, regulatory, and environmental challenges with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. I earned my B.S. in Chemical Engineering (magna cum laude) with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition to my technical role, I am actively involved in outreach and recruiting. I serve as a campus lead for University of Pittsburgh recruiting efforts and volunteer with the Appalachian Basin Gas Processors Association (ABGPA). Earlier experience includes Technical Operations at Johnson & Johnson, where I supported FDA‑regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing and earned a Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt through process improvement work.Outside of work, I am passionate about animal rescue. I currently serve as Director of Administrative Affairs for 10 Lives Rescue NY and foster locally with Second Chance Ranch Rescue and Sanctuary.I enjoy connecting with others across engineering, environmental compliance, and operations.
