As a Senior Managing Director of Recruiting at Jackson Physician Search (JPS), I lead a team of search consultants who specialize in placing healthcare professionals across the country. I leverage my psychology and clinical background as well as my customer service skills to understand the needs and preferences of both candidates and clients, and to provide them with personalized and effective solutions.
