As a Clinical Fellow at Gluck Psychology Collective, I provide relational, insight-oriented therapy to Gen Z and Millennial clients navigating anxiety, identity development, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both psychodynamic theory and evidence-based practices, including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques- Supervised by a licensed psychologist, I work with clients who are looking to better understand themselves, break out of old patterns, and reconnect with their goals, values, and emotional well-being. I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
