Currently I have a caseload of 50+ Technical engineer apprentices that I currently lead and manage. In this role I facilitate the learning and development of my apprentices, guiding them through their 3 year technical apprenticeship for Network Rail. My duties include; Onboarding, training and development, full 360 admin, Safeguarding and mental health/wellbeing guidance, monitoring building apprentices KPIs (OJT, Time management, supporting apprentices caseload on site and on programme), arranging travel and finances, building a professional portfolio and PIRF (competency based evidence) and Functional Skills ect. My strong background in Customer Service, Sales team management and coaching help me to achieve a standard of 95% proficiency.
