As a sophomore at The University of Tennessee majoring in Marketing, with a minor in Public Relations and Advertising, I bring a combination of empathy, problem-solving abilities, and creativity to every project and interaction. My empathy helps me connect deeply with others, whether as a hostess at True Food Kitchen or as a member of Alpha Chi Omega, where understanding others\' needs is essential. My restorative strength drives creative problem-solving in customer service and group projects, such as my work on Alpha Chi Omega’s Marketing and PR Committee. Additionally, my focus on individualization allows me to see the value in each person, a skill I’ve used to mentor peers and support team success.Looking ahead, I aim to use these strengths in a career in public relations and marketing, with a focus on influencer marketing and agency work. My goal is to create compelling campaigns that not only achieve measurable results but also connect with diverse audiences. I am particularly passionate about using my adaptability and empathetic to build meaningful relationships and create strategies that align with brand values.
