About Olivia R. Lender

Having a strong passion for working with others, I strive to work in human relations fields such as organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion, learning and development, or similar departments. Throughout my college career, I had the opportunity to have various internships with Bimbo Bakeries USA in areas such as recruiting, campus recruiting, learning and development. These fields taught me how to manage requisitions, source candidates, communicate with applicants, use zoom functions, and create training videos via google stream. These skills were foundational as I expanded my career at Fidelity Investments in the Emerging Leader Program (career rotation).During my time in the Emerging Leader Program at Fidelity Investments, I was able to gain experiences in agile, data and analytics, and talent acquisition operations while rotating on various teams. Having the opportunity to work with different departments, allowed me to gain a vast understanding of the organization as a whole. Currently, I am a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the conversion team, working to convert our temporary contractors into full-time associates.
