ABOUT OLIVIA LIV LAZIMBAT

I am a psychotherapist dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves, heal from past experiences, and step into their full potential. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and empowerment; I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be fully seen and heard.In my practice, I draw from trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and evidence-based strategies. I help clients move through challenges such as trauma, relational difficulties, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and identity struggles while also supporting them in building resilience, confidence, and joy. I enjoy working with children, students, and adults alike, guiding each person to discover tools and insights that fit their unique story.I see therapy not only as a place for healing, but also as a process of growth and self-discovery. I often weave in creative resources, whether grounding practices, reflective tools, movement, or art, to support clients beyond the therapy room. My goal is to empower people to create meaningful change in their lives, deepen their relationships, and feel more at home in who they are.At the heart of my work is a simple belief: we are not defined by our struggles, but by our ability to grow, connect, and thrive.
