About Olivia Johnson
A chemical engineer with an emphasis in environmental who graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. Over the summer of 2021, I had the wonderful opportunity to intern at a start-up company called Minute Molecular Diagnostics, located at Northwestern University. I had hands-on manufacturing experience, as well as, insight into quality management. Over the summer of 2022, I had an incredible opportunity to be a Supply Chain intern at PepsiCo Frito-Lay, located in Topeka, Kansas. I was under the quality department, however, I branched out to different facets within the manufacturing side, as well as the warehouse side of the plant. Currently, I am working as as a Quality Supply Chain Manager at Frito-Lay after a successful internship, as well as Gymnastics Instructor on the weekends.
