ABOUT OLIVIA JASMINE NOONAN
I have experience in Events Management and administration as well as years of experience in Customer Service roles. During my time at Bath Spa University, studying Commercial Music, I achieved a first class bachelors with honours degree. Additionally, I wrote, co-produced and recorded a 10-track album released under my pseudonym Olive Featherstone. I was selected as a young creative to go on the Porthleven 2020 prize trip with a small group of mixed-media students and collaborate on projects for a week. My development was also supported by the Emerge Artist 2020 residency. I am a recording and live artist, songwriter, singer, guitarist and bassist. In 2019 I interned for The Bath Festivals as an Event Organiser as well as Festival Coordinator and Artist Liaison onsite of the The Finale Weekend. I independently organised the Bath Introduces campaign and the Party On programme (busking around the city to promote the festival), I personally judged the 120 applicants down to 12 (I grew the campaign from the 64 applicants they had the year before to 120). At the festival, I liaised and networked with artists on-site to ensure they fully enjoyed the experience. I planned and hosted 3 events at Moles, the Pig and Fiddle and Komedia in Bath with industry professional judges, as well as creating documents and graphic material: running times, event contact sheets, judging criteria, health and safety checks, posters and press packs, to market and act as informative documents for all stakeholders. Since then, I have worked in Event Administrative roles, advancing events at St. George\'s Bristol and managing the accreditation whilst working with Freemans Event Partners for Silverstone Circuit.
