ABOUT OLIVIA HORGE
Olivia holds degrees in Design for Distributed Innovation and Specialization for Human Relations. She supports individuals and groups in building their capacity to collaborate on projects that are meaningful and impactful for themselves and their communities. With expertise in designing and facilitating participatory activities, she works on a wide range of initiatives—from local public consultations to large-scale international events. She also created an online story capture tool that explores how people are shaped by urban and public spaces through stories shared by local residents, offering a narrative-based lens on place-making. Alongside her colleagues at Percolab, she co-leads an Inner Development Goals hub in Montreal, which focuses on reframing interpersonal conflict as an opportunity for growth, deeper connection, and courageous collaboration.
