About Olivia Hernandez

I am a senior at Bryant University majoring in Marketing with a minor in Psychology. I am passionate about developing my marketing and sales skills, while also advocating for inclusivity. I have worked with two different nonprofit organizations including Habitat for Humanity Burville and Goodwill to develop marketing strategies to expand outreach. As team lead, I also had the opportunity to develop my leadership skills, and we completed our project and presentation as top three in the school for both assignments. I have had two internships with Fidelity Investments where I had the opportunity to expand on my analytical skills and organize strategies to improve efficiencies to leadership team. I was able to utilize my marketing background to identify pain points and provided actionable solutions to attract a wider demographic. Additionally, I have held several leadership positions at Bryant University including a Peer Counselor position for our Multicultural International Leadership Experience, a Student Ambassador position working with admissions and prospective students and Creative Leisure Chair as well as Bryant Live Chair for Student Programming Board. Through these positions, I have learned the value of listening to understand, leading with empathy, and teamwork.
