About Olivia Harvey
Growing up in a small farm town in North Carolina, I learned early the value of hard work and the strength of community. Those lessons shape my drive to explore new opportunities and challenge myself beyond what is familiar. My career in marketing and property management, I\'ve learned the most impactful work comes from authentically understanding people - treating them as your neighbor. At Vanguard Construction, I bring empathy into strategy, connecting clients, teams, and ideas to translate each project’s intention into stories and experiences that feel bespoke and human-centered.Some of my favorite projects are restaurants. I’m fascinated by how intention, detail, and human experience come together in design. Small gestures such as a dish presentation, anniversary greeting, or conversation can transform someone\'s day for the better. I love creating moments that do just that.Outside of work, I’m an athlete and traveler, who thrives on pushing beyond comfort zones.
