About Olivia Haines
I am a recent graduate from the University of Cincinnati, where I received a BS in Neurobiology, a BS in psychology, and a certificate in Medical Humanities. I am currently taking a gap year before applying to medical school. In this gap year and in my future studies, I plan to supplement my education with experiences that expand upon textbook knowledge and further explain the human aspect of medicine. By combining a formal education and diverse personal experiences, I hope to learn to one day enhance people’s lives as a psychiatrist and a researcher.
