As Director of Operations, I lead internal systems, cross-functional planning, and strategic execution across key initiatives. I’ve guided operational improvements that support both organizational stability and long-term impact, while fostering a strong internal culture of accountability and shared purpose.I also work to ensure that our operations reflect the realities of California’s rental housing landscape—connecting internal planning to member needs and evolving regulatory frameworks.In addition to my core operational responsibilities, I’ve taken a lead role in shaping our educational programming. This includes guiding curriculum structure, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring alignment with member needs and strategic initiatives—while maintaining continuity during staffing transitions. These educational efforts serve both as a member benefit and a vehicle for expanding knowledge in a complex regulatory environment, and they reflect my interest in supporting workforce development and post-secondary learning partnerships within the broader community.
