ABOUT OLIVIA GALLO
As a freshman with a diverse background of work experiences and leadership roles, I am eager to leverage my skills and passions as I embark on my college journey. My experiences range from office administration and customer service to retail and floral design, where I have developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Currently, I work as an Office Assistant at Forest Iron Works and a Pharmacist Assistant at Locust Valley Chemist, where I manage transactions, assist with inventory, and support daily operations. Previously, I’ve worked in retail, childcare, and as a floral assistant, gaining valuable experience in customer interaction and event coordination. Beyond work, I have demonstrated leadership as President of the Class of 2024 and President of the National Junior Honor Society, and I have actively participated in various clubs and sports teams, including the National Honor Society and Varsity Tennis Team. I also contribute to my community through volunteer roles, such as a lifeguard and social media model for local events. As I begin my college studies, I am excited to apply my experiences and skills to new challenges and opportunities, continuing to grow personally and professionally.
