Successfully achieved a place as part of Cohort 26 on a competitive Graduate Scheme consisting of a lengthy application process with a total of just 235 graduates being selected nationally from over 4,800 applicants.As part of this scheme, I will be working in local government for two years alongside studying towards the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership from the University of Birmingham.
