ABOUT OLIVIA DELUCCHI

I am a Communication major at San Diego State University with a strong interest in marketing, journalism, and content creation. Currently pursuing my Bachelor of Arts in Communication, I bring hands-on experience in branding, social media strategy, and storytelling across both campus organizations and professional roles.I currently serve as Chief Marketing Officer for TEDxSDSU, where I lead marketing initiatives to grow audience engagement and event attendance. In this role, I’ve developed original digital content, designed the organization’s official logo and merchandise, and helped establish cohesive branding that clearly communicates TEDxSDSU’s mission across platforms.Previously, I worked as a journalist for The Inquirer at Diablo Valley College, where I published articles on campus culture and local events while managing social media content to promote stories and increase student engagement. I’ve also gained brand marketing experience as a LaCroix Campus Ambassador, creating Instagram and TikTok content to boost brand awareness and connect with student audiences.I’m passionate about creative communication, public speaking, and building meaningful connections through content. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy roles that combine creativity, strategy, and storytelling.
