1) Responsible for setting up new reporting mechanisms, continuously improving existing ones, and ensuring a high quality bar for delivery. This includes (but not limited to) budget management, headcount and resource planning, space planning, and operational metric reviews.2) Responsible for several org-level quarterly and monthly business reviews, ensuring a clear plan for collecting inputs from multiple stakeholders and delivering. Additionally, responsible for the process and SOP for consistently executing these reviews.3) 40% of my job ends up being adhoc,(usually critical) work that is driven by externalities. I am responsible for continually prioritizing these projects against my responsibilities and driving the efforts that fall above the line.
