Obtained Secret Clearance• Cross Program coverage: Assist with multiple programs within C5ISR by providing an assortment of administration support. PRESS, DMATS, JNEEO, and PRESS while maintaining tasks with PMRO• Deployment Coordinator/Personnel: Create and maintain TESA/TRSA, SOFA, LOA’s, and CAC’s. Track personnel actions in SmartSheets. Enhance employee onboarding/offboarding experience; Collaborate with PMO and Business Ops Team to develop a first-class transition experience for team members during these processes. Assist all programs within C5ISR with Deployment through our PSO (Program Support Office).• Program Transition Out: Provide deployment services for terminations of SOFA’s and LOA’s, final LQA reconciliation, and revocation of CAC’s• Living Quarters Allowance (LQA): Maintain documentation to keep track of employee’s progress and make sure they are within the DoS allowable rates monthly. Monthly LQA/ER audits and an annual audit with COR • Training Coordinator: Schedule and maintain weekly PMRO training sessions for entire team. Record/store on Teams, Smartsheets, and SharePoint• Invoicing: Process all PMRO OCONUS vendor invoices as wire transfers. Use a Smartsheet to track progress of each wire• Deliverables Coordinator: make sure all deliverables are uploaded in a timely manner for COR approval. Assisting DMATS with Deliverables, document review, and assist with MSR’s (monthly status reports)• Create monthly PMRO newsletters for distribution within the team• Maintain PMRO SOPs within MS OneNote. Maintain content to make sure process and information stays up to date• Participate in Team meetings with the COR and PMRO PMO. Create meeting minutes and distribute as necessary.
