For my internship at The Truism Center, I am completing my clinical hours, and seeing an average of 20+ clients a week. I conduct individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, and I researched, recruited, screened, marketed, and independently led a group for young adults with social anxiety. For treatment, I use assessment and diagnoses to formulate a treatment plan. I then use an array of interventions to help the clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
