I’ve led two consecutive years of significant revenue growth, improved gross margins, and enhanced inventory turn—all while fostering a culture of strategic thinking and innovation.From conceptualizing a hero wall that drove nearly $2M in headwear sales to influencing store a renovation that boosted traffic conversion, I thrive at the intersection of creativity and commerce.
