About Olivia Ansier
I lead the Product Design Guild at Deloitte including a comprehensive product design certification program and intra firm product design challenges, webinars, and Innovation Hour spotlights. Previously, I led the Next Generation CIO Academy, a leadership development program hosted twice a year at Deloitte University. Backed by Deloitte CIO Program’s research and insights on the evolving role of the CIO, the Academy convenes intimate cohorts at Deloitte University for unique networking sessions, world class speakers, leadership development programming and access to a faculty comprised of CIOs. I led a team of five, analysts- managers, that ran the PMO, managed relationships with 6 partner stakeholders and Academy faculty instructors. I led curriculum updates, curated strategic communications including tech leader and cohort specific insights, and oversaw the operations including Deloitte University program delivery. I designed client experiences that solidified business relationships through investing in our clients while showcasing Deloitte’s capabilities and unique culture.
