Create a unique backstage experience for artists and crews by coordinating specially-tailored extras such as specialty coffee carts, local smoothie shops, a personal tobacco specialist and cigar roller, massage therapists and yoga teachers, coordinating golf arrangements, and coming up with creative ideas for custom gifts in order to enhance artist and crew satisfaction-Built a new planning and development system integrating information spanning multiple departments from scratch within the first month of employment. Leading to the ability to plan more effectively, better analyze success rates, and develop action plans for the future-Ensure artist rider requirements are met, greet tours upon arrival, introduce them to venue history as well as the venue itself and best ways to utilize the space, help assign dressing rooms, manage hospitality needs, handle tour laundry and dressing room tidiness, and assist with anything and everything the artist/management team might need DOS-Assist in advancing shows with Production Managers and Catering Teams, conduct pre and post-show inspections of backstage areas, manage dressing room stock, coordinate after-show meals, and co-manage backstage program budgets, and process vendor invoices as needed.
