Build Stage:Client-side project management, Financial Management (CA), quality control, site meetings, reporting, advisory, action driven outcomes and issue resolution. Post-Construction:Financial final accounts, certification, compliance and handover.Projects typically range from £500k to £3m. Recent work has been featured in Homebuilding & Renovating, House Beautiful, and Property Investor News. Alongside live project delivery, I also created Homebuilding Essentials, a supported learning pathway that helps homeowners apply professional project management structure when self-managing residential builds.

I’m a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) with over 25 years’ experience delivering complex, design-led residential building projects across London and the South East.My work includes new-build homes, major refurbishments, basements, heritage properties, and full-house transformations. I’ve led multi-million-pound residential programmes and worked closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and private clients from early planning through to completion and handover.I bring a structured, methodical approach to residential construction, combining technical understanding with commercial awareness to keep quality, cost, and programme aligned.
