I care about work that matters and about the people who make it happen.My core expertise sits in digital change, systems thinking and the practical adoption of emerging technologies like AI in health and care. I help organisations navigate complexity, redesign services and make confident, ethical decisions about technology. I’m particularly interested in how AI, data, and human‑centred design can come together to create safer, more effective, more compassionate services.I’ve spent my career in places where change is both urgent and difficult - health, social care, community action and mission‑driven organisations. I help teams turn ambition into delivery, build momentum and stay aligned when things get messy or political.
