Lead for the design and delivery of a new flood reporting service for the Project Groundwater Northumbria, an Environment Agency innovation programme- Established service design approach for the Arup and Open Data Institute partnership working closely with Risk Management Authorities and citizens in the region to define a new service, to provide a single-point-of-contact and single-point-of-data for citizen flood reporting- The project is currently delving prototypes for the proposed solutions before moving to piloting and targeting national scaling.
